We run daily yoga classes at our studio with a number of different classes to choose from. Our timetable is available online at: https://lovelifeliveyoga.com.au/timetable/. You can simply click on a class to book in.

Our UNWIND 60 class is a good class to start with if you are new to yoga. However, all our classes are suitable for all levels and stages.

If you are new to Yoga, you are welcome to start any of our BASIC Rise/Shine & Yin/Yang classes. We have basic classes everyday from Monday to Sunday.

Our studio is located at Level 1, 161 Bourbong Street, Bundaberg – It’s the small entrance between Bert’s & Reevaz Curry Indian Restaurant.

Your voucher should have a voucher code on it. You can use this code when purchasing online, or simply bring it in to the studio and one of our friendly teachers will be happy to assist you.

From time to time, depending on demand and availability, we offer special types of classes like pregnancy yoga or prenatal yoga. Please check our current timetable at https://lovelifeliveyoga.com.au/timetable/ or give us a call to find out.

The prenatal yoga classes at our studio are held independently. Attendance and payment can be arranged with the teacher directly. You can, of course, always send us a message should you have any questions or concerns.

If you are new to yoga, the best way to get started is with our 30-Day Intro Offer. It will give you access to unlimited yoga classes for an entire month. Enough time to try our different classes and teachers, and to see whether yoga is the right fit for you. If you are planning on attending 3 or more classes per week, a membership is your best option. However, if you are only looking to come to a couple of classes per week or month, our 10-class pass will be better, as it’s valid for 3 months. If you are new to our studio, we also currently have a 30-Day Intro Offer which will give you access to unlimited yoga classes for an entire month. It’s a great way to get to know our different teachers, try different classes and see if our studio is the right fit for you. As soon as we receive your order, our studio manager will prepare your pass and it will be ready for pickup the next time you visit. Just ask one of our friendly teachers before or after the class.

We recommend bringing a bottle of water, a small towel and of course your yoga mat. We also have some spare mats available at the studio, if you haven’t got your own mat yet.

We always have some spare mats available at our studio if you haven’t got one that you are welcome to borrow.

Some of our yoga teachers choose to offer private yoga sessions outside of our regular class times. You can simply send us a message to inquire about private sessions with your favorite teacher.

There’s no need for special clothing when doing yoga. You can simply wear a comfortable workout outfit that allows you to easily stretch and twist.

Sorry, but we currently don’t have any shower facilities available at our studio. Most of our members live close to the studio and are happy to shower at home after the class.

Most of our members come to our studio to unwind and relax and we like to respect that. Therefore, we don’t allow young kids at our studio during a class to keep noise and distraction to a minimum. If your child is old enough to entertain himself/herself, you are welcome to leave them in our studio’s kitchen. But please keep in mind that we do not tolerate any interruptions to our yoga classes out of respect to our members. We appreciate your understanding.

Our classes are a mix of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. We always work on new, creative sequences to keep things interesting and fresh.

Yes, definitely. Yoga keeps you moving and is a great alternative cardio option. Some of our members have seen amazing results and improvements to their overall health and happiness after just a couple of months. Integrating yoga into your lifestyle will ensure you stay fit and healthy, allowing you to live a better quality life.

There are thousands of great books and website to learn more about yoga, its history and postures. Yoga Journal – www.yogajournal.com – is a great place to start learning more about yoga.

Yes, they sure can. You might be surprised to know that traditionally yoga used to be a men-only exercise. A lot of things have changed over the past few hundred years and today in the western world, yoga is often perceived as a feminine sport. No matter the age, gender or body type.

Our 10-class passes are treated like cash or any other gift card and can’t be replaced if lost. So, please take good care of your pass. However, we do have a “Lost Pass Form” at the studio where you can enter your name. In some cases the pass shows up at our studio again.

There’s no cafe at the studio. There are a number of great cafes very close by. We also have a small kitchenette at the studio, where you are welcome to refill your own water bottle or hang out and enjoy some delicious, complimentary tea after your class.

We do ask that you book before attending a class. It allows us to track popular class times and adjust accordingly to provide you with a better timetable in the future. We also want to make sure you’re not disappointed when turning up to a class that was fully booked.

Kids yoga classes aren’t a part of our regular class schedule. From time to time we offer special classes, like kids or pregnancy yoga, depending on demand and availability. You can always send us a message to check if we have something coming up that isn’t on the timetable yet.

We suggest a minimum of 2 classes per week in order for you to see results. 3-4 classes every week would be ideal to significantly improve your health and lifestyle.

Our studio provides a peaceful space for our classes, independent from current weather conditions or outside influences. We therefore don’t offer any outdoor classes.

There is absolutely no age limit to practice yoga. No matter what your age, we encourage you to get started and reap the many benefits that come with a regular yoga practice.

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

We accept cash for casual classes and 10-class passes only. Please note that membership and intro offer payments will need to be made through our website using a credit or debit card. For workshops and retreats we also offer payment by direct bank transfer.

If you are booked in for a class and it needs to be cancelled for any reason, we will send you a message a call to let you know. You can always keep an eye on our timetable (https://lovelifeliveyoga.com.au/timetable/) and see if any changes have been made. However, we rarely cancel a class at our studio and rather try to find a teacher to replace the class.

We don’t offer dedicated classes for couples. However, you are more than welcome to bring along your partner to any of our yoga classes, workshops or retreats.

We ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes early so you don’t need to rush in. For your very first class we recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes early, as there will be some paper work to fill out. It also allows you to have a quick chat with your teacher and ask any questions you might have before class and to score a good spot for the class.

We do not offer refunds for already processed payments. At our own discretion, we might provide a voucher over the full or partial amount of a payment depending on the circumstances. The only time we will offer a refund is when you purchased something off our online store and received a faulty or wrong product.

You are free to leave at any time. We do, however, recommend to wait until the class is over out of respect for our other members. You can take a break from class anytime and simply rest on your mat.

We try to keep our classes all-level to create an inclusive environment at our studio. If you are looking for a more challenging class, our FLOW 60 class is a great option.

Like any new activity, it will take some for you to understand each pose and sequence. Our teachers are always there to assist you before and after the class and answer any questions you might have. Don’t hesitate to have to chat to other members as well. We are all community, there to learn together and from each other.

Yes, we have a number of yoga shirts, mats and other yoga gear in our online store at https://lovelifeliveyoga.com.au/shop-yoga/.

All our classes are mixed classes and open to everyone. We do not offer separate classes for men or women and like to encourage all our members to get to know each other and learn together.

Our 30-Day Intro Offer is a great way to trial our yoga classes, as it gives you access to unlimited classes for an entire month. However, if you would like to try one class before signing up, send us a message through Facebook or our website and we can help you arrange a trial class.

We have a toilet at the studio that you are welcome to use at any time before, during or after your class.

To respect everyone in the room, we ask that you refrain from taking any pictures during the class. After your class, feel free to ask your teacher to snap a photo of you.

Sorry, but we don’t allow pets at our studio.

There is are open shelves where you can leave any of your belongings. However, these shelves are not secure and we do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items. We recommend you leave any valuables at home.

Many of our members would feel very uncomfortable about being watched doing yoga. We therefore don’t allow for visitors to just watch. You are welcome to join in. If you would like to arrange a free trial class, please send us a message on Facebook or through our website.

Not at this stage. We are, however, working on making this happen, as we had a lot of interest. Watch this space.

Our classes are open to any age and fitness level and there is no need for previous experience. Our teachers are always there to assist you and answer any questions you might have.

We try to keep as many classes on during holidays as possible, but I suggest you check out our timetable for any public holidays or holiday period, just in case.

If at any stage during a class, you feel like you need to rest or slow down, you can always lie down on your mat and do so. It’s important that you listen to your body and only push yourself to a limit you are comfortable with.

We suggest you check with your GP first, before attending any yoga classes. If you’ve been given green light, you are welcome to join any of our UNWIND 60 and BALANCE 60 classes, which are a little more gentle. Please let the teachers know that you are pregnant before the class, so they can take care of you during the practice.

We don’t have any lock-in contracts, so you can cancel your membership anytime. However, we do require a minimum of 7 days notice in order to process your cancellation in time before the next payment goes through. In line with our terms and conditions, we do not offer refunds for payments that have already been processed. To cancel your membership permanently, please email cancel@lovelifeliveyoga.com.au.
