By browsing this site or purchasing an item, you acknowledge that you have read our Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound to the conditions listed below. This website is owned and operated by Love Life. Live Yoga. and in these terms and conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” or “EE” are a reference to Love Life. Live Yoga. and its website.

SECURITY POLICY

Love Life. Live Yoga. uses the eWAY Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.

eWAY processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the eWAY gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. • Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Calaido Group Pty Ltd or any outside party. • All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. • All transaction data is encrypted for storage within eWAY’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit card data. • eWAY is an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks. • eWAY at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Calaido Group Pty Ltd.

DELIVERY POLICY

Physical goods – After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Please allow for 24-48 hours for processing of your order. After that, we will attempt to send your goods via Australia Post within 1-3 days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Digital Delivery

– After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via email within 24 hours.

CAPACITY TO CONTRACT

Purchases placed with Love Life. Live Yoga. or via our website can only be placed by persons with capacity to contract. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. If you are under 18, you may only use www.bundyyoga.com.au and www.lovelifeliveyoga.com.au or purchase items under the supervision or involvement of your parent/s or guardian/s. If you are under 18, you are not able to attend ANY of our events, conferences, workshops, retreats or seminars. Please note: If a ticket holder brings a child with them to an event, they will not be granted admittance.

REFUND / WARRANTY POLICY

Love Life. Live Yoga. may cancel an event for any reason by providing written notice. We will refund any monies paid to us for the cancelled event within seven days of providing the cancellation notice.

Please select your event tickets carefully. We do not provide refunds or exchanges once a booking is complete if you have changed your mind or made the wrong choice. Please note that we are NOT able to transfer your ticket or pass to another person.

For workshops and retreats, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of the booking, for up to 120 days before the event. To organise events we have to pay many thousands of dollars upfront for venues, flights, accommodation, speaker and teacher fees etc. These charges are all pre-paid and we are unable to recover these costs. Therefore, any closer to the event we are unable to provide refunds of any kind. Any deposits paid are non-refundable in any case.

Our refund policy is in line with similar organisations that sell tickets, such as, Ticketek, Ticketmaster, cinemas and theatres. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope you understand our situation.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

Since we do not offer contracts of any kind, you are free to cancel your membership anytime by submitting a cancellation request, either in written form or on this page: https://lovelifeliveyoga.com.au/cancel. However, a minimum of 7 days notice is required in order to process the cancellation, before the funds for the new month are debited. It is your responsibility to inform us about your cancellation in time. Strictly NO refunds will be given for payments already debited.

Please note that deleting your credit card details from your account will not stop membership payments. Payment information is securely stored by our payment processor and payments will continue until membership is cancelled.

RECORDING OF EVENTS

Recording of any event with an audio or video recorder or any other kind of recording device is strictly prohibited without prior written permission. Thank you for your cooperation.
