Improve the quality of your sleep

Prepare your body and mind for a good night’s sleep with 1 week of bedtime yoga & meditation.

All classes are around 10-30 minutes long and are a mix of Yin & Yang yoga plus mindfulness meditation sessions to help you  before bed.

Practise these classes every night for a week and see the difference just a short amount of yoga can make.

Who is this program for?

This program is great for everyone of any levels. if you have sleep problems, wake up feeling stiff and unrested, or if you just look for relaxation end to your day.

Day 1 – Meditation

 RECHARGE 15 with Kellie (All Levels)

A meditation class using ‘shielding’ or the creation of a self cocoon space (and counter pose) to give us our own space away from the world.

Day 2 – Yin

UNWIND 30 with Shelley (Level 1-2)

 UNWIND 30 with Shelley (Level 1-2)

A short sequence of slow stretches for first thing in the morning, this class can be done even before stepping out of bed to have you primed up and ready to face the day.

Day 3 – Yin & Yang

BALANCE 30 with Ann (Level 1)

Lets get grounded with this class filled with balance poses and strengthening for our lower body.

Day 4 – Meditation

 RECHARGE 15 with Kellie (All Levels)

Breath practice with physical guidance of breath into lobes and layers of the lungs/ chest.

Day 5 – Yin

A short everyday sequence for relaxing the spine, easing tension in the neck, shoulders and hips and preparing for the day ahead or the night time sleep.

Day 6 – Yin & Yang

 BALANCE 30 with Kellie (Level 1)

These movements are practiced to support health and longevity, they also help to cleanse and release toxins.

Day 7 – Meditation

A short meditation on peace. Finding peace around us by connecting to the breath.
